Location is perfect, close to Times Square and subway. Rooms are really tiny, hard to move with luggage. Ideal if you plan to spend your day out on walking tours. The showers work great. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The view from my room was a pleasant surprise, like finding a cherry on top of a sundae. The staff is friendly and provides a fun experience with the quirky bunk beds and convenient bag storage after checkout.
The sink in the washroom had no plug.

The location is perfect for families, with tons of attractions just a short walk away. The kids had a blast at the theme park, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

I loved how easy it was to walk to Times Square, Broadway, and Bryant Park, all within a 15-minute stroll—these landmarks made my weekend so exciting! I also found great food options, like 99 Cents Fresh Pizza just a few steps away. The hotel had comfortable beds and friendly staff that made my stay enjoyable, but there were no coffee machines in the room, which would have been a nice perk.

Excellent location near Times Square, with restaurants and convenience stores just steps away. The rooms, while small, offered a nice view and were clean, although I found a few stray hairs in the bathroom. The bunk bed situation was a surprise; not ideal for someone with mobility issues. The noise from the city was relentless, so earplugs are a must. A mini fridge would’ve been great for leftovers, and I wished for more plugs near the bed. The staff was friendly, but check-in could use clearer instructions for the elevators.

Serafina in the Sky is my Italian oasis above midtown's hustle, where I enjoy modern authentic Italian classics. The Bunk Pod feels like a sleepover party every night.
Couldn't sleep well in the rigid bed with thin covers, even with multiple layers.

The staff greeted us with warmth and were incredibly helpful, enhancing our experience. the room was predictably small, typical for NYC. The bed and pillows lacked comfort, and the shower pressure was subpar. One blanket between two sheets isn’t ideal—an extra blanket would have been appreciated. Despite these minor inconveniences, the cleanliness and stunning views make it a worthwhile choice. Public transport access is unbeatable. I recommend it, especially for couples seeking a vibrant getaway.

I was really disappointed with the service. The staff seemed distracted, barely acknowledged me at check-in, and when I had issues, they just brushed me off. It felt really unprofessional, especially for a place priced as highly as this one.

The room was clean and the bedding comfortable, though minimalist. It was quite small, making it ideal for just sleeping and getting ready. I appreciated the numerous charging points throughout. The staff promptly delivered an iron when I requested one. Surprisingly, the space was quiet despite the bustling location nearby. there were no complimentary refreshments, and room cleaning required a request. Bumping into the corners of the bed was unavoidable in such a snug room. The decor was lovely, and I found the lounge area inviting, though I missed some welcome amenities at check-in.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling area but on a quieter street with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were super friendly and accommodating; they let us check in early and even offered a free tour, which was informative and fun. Our room, though compact, had great amenities like multiple plugs, individual TVs for each bed, and a nice view from the big window.
The room was very small, with limited space to move around and no privacy in the bathroom due to the door not closing properly. This made it challenging for two people to stay comfortably, and the price seemed high for the quality of the room.

We hit up the High Line & cruised the Hudson River in kayaks! Chillin' in Hudson River Park was epic! Pod Times Square was ideal for us youngins' ready to explore & party!
Wish there was a rooftop bar for some extra late-night hype! .

So, when we arrived at the Pod, one of the things that stood out was the heating situation in the room. Despite the chilly weather outside, the room was way too warm for comfort, and no matter what we tried with the thermostat, it just didn't cool down. On the other hand, the air conditioning was another story. In one of the rooms we stayed in, there was no A/C at all, which was really disappointing considering the price we paid. It made for an uncomfortable night with no relief from the heat. As for the TV, we had some difficulties with the setup. Only one channel was available, and even after fiddling with the remote and menus, it was a hassle to try and change channels. the reading lights were not working well, with a bulb missing in one of them. The staff at the front desk was a bit slow in responding to our requests. We had a clogged drain in the bathroom that took multiple reminders to get fixed. we had asked for daily room cleaning but had to remind them several times before it was actually done. Despite these issues, the location of the Pod was really convenient for exploring the city. It's close to major attractions and public transportation hubs, which made getting around a breeze. The comfortable beds and clean room were also big pluses. the Pod has its ups and downs.

Great location, just a short walk from Times Square and the subway station. Excellent security measures in place. The staff were accommodating and even upgraded our room for free, making us feel like VIP guests—it was a nice surprise and made our stay more enjoyable.
Room size was smaller than expected, and the layout with the shower next to the bed was a bit odd. Some areas of the room had mold and dust buildup, which was off-putting.

We had a great stay at Pod Times Square. the location is fantastic, just a few minutes away from the main attractions and plenty of shops and restaurants. the room, though small, was efficient and had everything in the right place. the staff, including the receptionist and housekeeper, were very nice and helpful. the option to store luggage at the lobby for free was convenient.
Don't have any issues at all. 😊

I chose Pod Times Square for its proximity to Broadway, and the floor to ceiling windows pleasantly surprised me. The Polynesian tiki lounge offered creatively inspired cocktails and delicious island-flavored dishes, adding to the hotel's charm.
Cleaning is request only. Lift operation is confusing.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. The room was clean and comfortable with a spacious, well-appointed bathroom. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. We especially appreciated the convenient fridge for medication.

the pod times square is spotless, and its location is a real win – close to lots of great eats - a bus station, and a train station. the staff is super friendly, and they even offer cool walking tours for guests. plus, you can store your luggage after check-out for a final day of exploring. overall - a solid place to crash.

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience. The location couldn't have been better - right by Times Square and close to public transportation. The room was surprisingly well-equipped, with all the amenities a solo traveler could need. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to check in early. The view from my room was breathtaking, adding an extra touch to my short trip. I would definitely book here again for future visits to the city.
A minor inconvenience was the creaking noise from the bunk beds whenever I or my daughter moved. It would be great if they could find a solution to reduce the noise and make for a more peaceful sleep.
